Here are some tips on how to create a thumbnail for your videos:
- Pick a snippet from your video that has a Face on it. Avoid objects. Focus on ones with a facial expression.
- Ones with like a point at the top. Here are some examples:

Respectively. Even though they are from the same animator, it might not have to do with that. The key is to keep the thumbnails relatively consistent.
