  1. I don’t experience burnout often because I try very hard to take care of myself.(That’s really important)
But when it hits me I also like showers or music to give my mind a little rest.

  2. Burnout hits me pretty often, and I used to cope by drinking caffeine- which usually makes symptoms worse and doesn’t last very long anyways. Lately I’ve been take power naps, walking around the hallways to keep myself up, or playing upbeat music that always keeps my mind alert. Then when I’m able, I go to bed or take a shower! The new method is definitely helping. I hope everyone can find safe and beneficial methods of keeping themselves productive!
